Three part Yoga series to prepare kids for back to school.


It’s almost Back To School time. Send your little learner off with the tools to have a successful school year. In Tiny Yogis’ three week course, your child will learn to BREATHE (week 1) to relieve anxiety, to increase confidence and to simply relax. MEDITATE (week 2) to quiet our minds and bodies, but also to visualize success. And BALANCE (week 3) to build confidence and strong muscles. All of this and it’s still loads of fun!
